F&M Tool and Die designs the parts the old fashioned way (with a technological twist). Our skilled plastics engineers take pride in their work and the result is impressive. Each part is painstakingly designed and milled to perfection using the most state-of-the-art technologies and equipment, but each engineer still takes the time to make sure it is perfect.
Engineers will design using Cadkey and Solidworks software. This 3D geometry is processed in Mastercam sending machining specifications directly to CNC machinery. This process allows us to produce and track the design from 3D geometry to the finished product eliminating the potential for errors.
