The cost accountant must also construct and monitor those data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for general order management for a designated group of customers ensuring that their needs are met. This role requires the ability to work successfully with internal and external groups in support of the customer requirements.

Produce product in an integrated work cell concept, which includes molding machines, semi-automatic stacking machines, assembly and packaging of product. Perform visual and functional inspection and packaging of finished product. Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
The Process Engineer will be responsible for the documentation and development of plastics manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, and machines necessary for the production of high-quality parts.
The Shipping Supervisor oversees and works to improve the daily tasks of the shipping team according to specific goals. Supervises and offers leadership to subordinates in accordance with the organization’s policies and guidelines. Responsible for the safety and productivity of a shift of hourly team members. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems as needed.
