Full Time
Produce product in an integrated work cell concept, which includes molding machines, semi-automatic stacking machines, assembly and packaging of product. Perform visual and functional inspection and packaging of finished product. Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Essential Job Functions
Receive product from machine
Perform secondary operations, de-gating, trimming, etc.
Perform visual and other inspection functions
Requisition and acquire materials from stock as required.
Set-up bench or machine package operation to package and label finished products by retrieving materials from stock area as required
Stack finished goods onto pallets per work order
Participate as a member of a Project Team and/or Cross Functional Team as required
Requirements
High School diploma or combined equivalent of education and experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to inspect and recognize defective product.
Must be able to bulk pack, layer pack, and cell pack as required.
Ability to use weight scales, computers, labelers, tape machines, hand lift trucks, depth gauges, clippers and knives required.
Ability to understand basic work directions/specifications verbally and in writing.
Must be able to identify problems, and report problem to Lead Operator or Shift Supervisor.
Ability to work 12 Hour Shifts
