Essential Job Functions

• Fully understand how to operate and safely drive assigned vehicle

• Transport product and material safely and securely to assigned destination

• Pick-up loads and organize goods in an orderly and logical manner

• Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage and damage

• Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods

• Performs inspections of vehicle as required by DOT

• Obey all applicable traffic laws

• Always ensure vehicle is kept clean

• Maintain and service vehicle as needed

• Adhere to company rules and regulations

• Make safety a priority at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or combined equivalent of education and experience

• Valid Class A driver’s license

• Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience driving tractor-trailer or similar

• Capable of maneuvering and parking tractor-trailer safely and in tight areas

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to operate fork lifts

• May be required to work extra hours as needed
